About Sweet Dream Coffee

Sweet Dream Coffee was started by Max & Summer, a husband and wife with a shared love for specialty coffee, food, and the seasons of Sonoma County.

Max brings 10 years of experience as a barista, with a background rooted in specialty coffee and the craft of making a great drink. Summer is a farmer with professional experience working with food and agriculture. Together, they wanted to create something that brought those two worlds together.

Rooted in Sonoma County

Sweet Dream Coffee focuses on specialty coffee with a strong connection to the local landscape. Max and Summer source ingredients from farms and producers around Sonoma County whenever possible, making their flavors in-house and letting the menu change with the seasons.

Rather than keeping the same menu year-round, Sweet Dream follows what's growing and available locally.

When melons are in season, they might become a melon matcha. Blackberries have found their way into a house-made blackberry lavender latte. Right now, pears are being paired with honey and cardamom in a seasonal matcha.

The menu is always evolving with what's growing around the county.
